DeskCenter ThinApp Editor

DeskCenter ThinApp Editor is the perfect tool to easily edit ThinApp packages.

VMWare ThinApp (formerly Thinstall) packages applications in familiar formats (.MSI or .EXE) that can plug into existing infrastructures for software license management, deployment, audit and compliance. The application virtualisation platform makes it possible to run software instantly and without installation on every client in the network. Central element of VM Ware ThinApp is the Virtual Operating System. It is included in every virtualises application.

With VMWare ThinApp it is possible to edit and modify already recorded installations. This is especially convenient for small changes, since it is not necessary to repeat the whole recording process. The graphical user interface provides useful functions to modify the virtual application package and all package options, such as editing registry entries or integrated files. After all settings have been made, the build process can be started and the virtualised application can be locally installed or tested.
